To start studying for your tests, you’ll need to download the ID CDL Handbook and study! Your general knowledge and endorsement tests are not only important to get you started in your new career but also to make sure you, your cargo, and those you’re sharing the road with remain safe. So grab a pen and some paper, and read through the entire handbook and take lots of notes as you go along. It’s important to stay focused so if your mind starts to wander, take a short break or walk and then buckle down and work through more of the CDL handbook. Once you’ve finished reading, go through your notes again and return to re-read any sections that still seem unclear or fuzzy. There are hundreds of possible questions that could be on your written exams, but remember that all the questions come directly from the handbook. So if you study carefully, you’ll know all the answers.
Once you’re feeling ready for your test, it’s helpful to read through the ID CDL handbook one more time and then head on over to the DMV, good luck as you’re on your way towards your new future as a commercial trucker in Idaho.
